Toni Lopes Let’s talk

Chapter 01 — Opening

2WP · SP

Toni Lopes

WordPress developer.

Partner at 2WP.

I don’t ship a stock theme. I build the WordPress the business actually needs — and for more than twelve years I’ve done that with 2WP, for people who can’t afford a site that stalls, goes down, or vanishes from Google.

Scroll. The story starts.

Chapter 02 — Origin

Who Toni is

12+ years in the market
  1. 4f2a 2014 first WordPress in production
  2. 9c18 2016 2WP becomes an operation, not a hobby
  3. b7e0 2019 public sector and large clients
  4. e31d 2022 systems, not just sites
  5. a90c 2026 still on the hook — still getting better

I come from the overlap most developers dodge: IT on one side, marketing on the other.

Degree in Systems Analysis and Development. Years spent on what actually makes a site sell, rank, convert. Then the obvious part: bad WordPress costs more than good WordPress. Always.

We built 2WP to be the opposite of the freelancer who disappears and the agency that outsources what it doesn’t understand. Specialists. A contract. Code you can maintain.

Twelve years. Five hundred-plus projects. Large companies, critical ops, public institutions. Vila Olímpia — or remote, if the coffee is virtual.

It’s not about putting a site live. It’s about building WordPress ready for the size of your business.

Chapter 03 — Method

How the work comes together.

Every delivery of mine follows the same path. It isn’t bureaucracy. It’s how I avoid rework — yours and mine.

  1. 01

    Listen

Before we talk plugins, I want the problem. Traffic, conversion, an editor who can’t publish, PageSpeed in the red. Thirty honest minutes beat a fifteen-page brief.

  2. 02

    Proposal

Scope, timeline, investment. You approve before a single line of code. No surprises mid-sprint — and no theater in the meeting.

  3. 03

    Real WordPress

Custom theme and plugin when that’s what it takes. No hacks piled on a page builder. The CMS has to hold up in the admin and on the server.

  4. 04

    Interface

UX isn’t decoration. It’s the path the user — and Google — will follow. Mobile first, clear hierarchy, an admin the client can use on Monday.

  5. 05

    Performance

Core Web Vitals in the green. LCP, CLS, INP. Cache, images, critical CSS, whatever it takes. Whatever is excess, out.

  6. 06

    Live — and after

Deploy with monitoring. Docs. Maintenance. I don’t disappear on Friday after go-live.

Chapter 04 — Scenes

Five scenes. Not a card grid.

I won’t list everything that shipped from 2WP. Five scenes are enough for you to see the kind of problem I like to solve.

CRM · client portal

Suporte para WordPress

Tickets on WhatsApp, hours lost in email, the client with no status. WordPress support in the dark doesn’t scale — and 2WP needed the opposite.

Our own CRM and portal at suporteparawordpress.com.br: tickets, comments, hours and SLA in the open. Client panel and internal panel, live, no helpdesk-plugin Frankenstein.

  • 24h response SLA
  • 2 portals: client and team
  • 1 source of truth for hours

Marketplace · WooCommerce

DoMarket

Multiple vendors, orders, commissions — the kind of operation a “theme” WooCommerce won’t hold.

A WordPress + WooCommerce system with a vendor module that didn’t exist off the shelf. Payments and logistics plugged in. Ninety days to launch.

  • 90 days to go-live
  • N vendors multi-vendor architecture
  • 1 one platform, not a Frankenstein

LMS · education SaaS

CursoMeds

Medical residency, protected content, traffic spikes. A generic LMS would fall over on exam day.

A SaaS platform on WordPress: custom LMS, members area, real progress. PageSpeed 92+ in production — and support that doesn’t sleep on Saturday.

  • 10k/day peak users
  • 92+ PageSpeed in production
  • 24/7 ops support

E-commerce · retail

Zona Imaginária

Large catalog, conversion sensitive to the millisecond. A slow site is an abandoned cart — period.

WooCommerce optimized end to end. Forty percent less load time. Monthly maintenance so the result doesn’t rot the following month.

  • 40% less load time
  • 90+ PageSpeed mobile and desktop
  • 12× maintenance still on

Editorial · ag and heavy machines

EaeMaq

A magazine on farm implements and heavy machinery. Cover story, trade shows, products, store — high publishing volume. An editorial portal can’t look like a blog or go down on show day.

Editorial WordPress at eaemaq.com.br: market taxonomy, cover story, digital magazine and storefront. The newsroom ships at volume. The CMS keeps up.

  • 145+ issues live
  • 4 fronts: news, product, show, store
  • 1 one CMS for the volume, not a Frankenstein

Chapter 05 — Trust

Social proof

A number doesn’t replace a conversation. But it explains why large operations and public institutions call me when the site cannot fail.

“Toni and 2WP are extremely competent and have deep WordPress knowledge. Dynamic form, CRM integration — solved fast, at a professional level.”

Project partner, public recommendation

Chapter 06 — Talk

If WordPress is at its limit, we talk.

An honest diagnosis. No lock-in, no theater. You name the problem — I say if it’s mine, and what I’d do in week one.

  • Diagnosis within 24 business hours
  • Proposal with scope, timeline and investment
  • WordPress, SEO, UI/UX and whatever comes after go-live
